Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can request a refund within 30 days – HASSLE FREE and we will refund the original purchase price of the product.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To process your refund, email info@bellajade.com your refund request with the following information: 

  1. Contact information (name, phone number, email address)
  2. Item Purchased.
  3. Place of Purchase (Website, Amazon, etc.)
  4. Order Number
  5. Reason for Refund Request

Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.

If an item is defective or was damaged in transit we’ll get it replaced ASAP. Just contact us at info@bellajade.com and be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.
